DCH Back to School Bash

HELP US RECOGNIZE DCH'S 70-YEAR ANNIVERSARY, WITH A PERRY CLINIC AND DCH BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH! OPEN EVENT TO THE PUBLIC FOR EVERYONE, APPROPRIATE FOR ALL AGES! Free food and activities, while supplies last and an opportunity to celebrate with staff, meet some of our newest providers, including Lauren Swan, PA and Dr. Alexander Schmidt, collect some giveaways and more. *You can schedule your Back-to-School physical while at this event to occur at a later date (Volunteers will guide you over to the clinic). *Our Financial Counselor will be available to schedule a consultation with you to occur at a later date.
