This training will help you understand what opioids are and how they impact physical functioning, misuse consequences, what Narcan (naloxone) is and what it is used for, and how to obtain and administer Narcan properly. Participants will be able to identify common prescription adn illegal opioids, strategies for preventing misuse, overdose risk factors and signs of an opioid overdose.
