ServSafe Certified Food Protection course w/ Spanish Interpretation
Certified Food Protection Manager Course. ServSafe in partnership with Iowa Restaurant Association. Spanish Interpretation will be provided in this class. Registration deadline: Feb 20th. Cost $160*+
Course Topics: Contamination and food allergens, flow of food; purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and service. Cleaning and sanitizing, facilities and equipment, food safety management systems.
Photo ID required to take certification exam.
Participants may also elect to receive their textbook and exam in Spanish
Registration is required and closes February 20th!
