Course Topics: Contamination and food allergens, flow of food; purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, and service. Cleaning and sanitizing, facilities and equipment, food safety management systems.
Photo ID required to take certification exam.
Participants may also elect to receive their textbook and exam in Spanish
