The Community Manager for a Mobile Home Park knows what it takes to keep a property running smoothly. You have an aptitude for increasing revenue and controlling expenses. You seek to maximize the community’s resident experience, physical occupancy, and economic occupancy. You love people, enjoy leading a community, and are knowledgeable about all phases of resident retention.
Prior property management experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
English speaking with Spanish as a secondary is highly desirable but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Obey all state and federal laws and abide by company policies. Treat all tenant information with utmost confidentiality. Always maintains positive customer service attitude.
Ensure all rents are collected when due. Maintains accurate resident records by uploading documents and/or noting in Rent Manager software system.
Help maintain community cleanliness as needed. Enforce all rules and regulations established by the community, issues appropriate courtesy notices & fines when necessary.
Appear in court on the behalf of the Company regarding evictions, at lawyers’ recommendation, documenting thoroughly & all paperwork submitted in a timely manner.
Staying within the budget guidelines. Manages vendor/contractor work and ensuring all work is satisfactory and complete. Assist with the arrival of homes and assessing the need for projects in the community.
Contributes ideas for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction and sales productivity. Advertising homes on Facebook page and Marketplace. Welcomes and shows units and completes paperwork.
