- Provide resident-centered care focusing on preparing and delivering nourishment
- Maintain dry storage areas, log temperatures, unpack, date, and rotate food and nonfood supplies
- Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity
- Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships
- Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate
Culinary Aide Requirements:
- Applicants must be sixteen years of age or older
- Desire to work with and serve residents in a way that is compassionate, personalized, and respectful
