Crisis Intervention & Advocacy Center has a full-time employment opportunity for a Victim Services Coordinator in the Perry location. The Center offers competitive salaries and benefits, travel reimbursement, educational and enrichment opportunities and a work environment that promotes team and independent work. Crisis Intervention provides free, confidential, trauma-informed, survivor-centered services for individuals and communities affected by violence.

All new employees with the Center must complete a training curriculum, background check and orientation. All employees are expected to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour response. Applicants must have an educational degree in related filed or equivalent work experience; valid driver's license; insured and reliable transportation and willingness to travel; a commitment to and understanding of issues surrounding violence; flexible schedule; and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. The starting salary is $48,000. The Center offers health, dental, and vision insurance. Additionally, vacation and sick time accrual begins on the first day of employment.
