Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor monitors housekeeping staff and performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house, alongside the housekeeping team. Responsibilities include ensuring housekeeping departmental standards are followed and responding timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cots, extra towels, shampoo, etc. Along with reporting necessary maintenance items, following departmental policies and procedures, and following all safety and sanitation policies.
